Description
Stretches easily over most downspouts and drain pipes to seal out debris and pests. Installation is fast and simple, with no tools, cement or glue required. For use with aluminum, steel, or plastic downspouts and cast-iron, spiral, corrugated or plastic drain pipe. Made of PVC and won't crack or become brittle with age. Both sizes fit 3" x 2" rectangular, 3" round and 2-1/2" square downspouts.
