ADFORS FibaTape Ultra Thin Drywall Tape is a self-adhesive fiberglass mesh tape engineered for seamless drywall finishing and wall repair on both new construction and renovation projects. This professional-grade tape solves common drywall taping challenges: it eliminates the need for separate adhesives, reduces compound usage, and speeds up the finishing process from start to paint-ready surface.
More than 30% thinner than standard paper drywall tape and regular fiberglass mesh tape, this ultra-thin construction delivers superior results without compromising strength or durability. The reduced thickness means less material buildup at joints, less sanding required, and a smoother final appearance—especially valuable in tight spaces and high-traffic walls where bulging or imperfections are a concern.
Features and Benefits
- Self-Adhesive Backing: Sticks instantly to drywall without additional glue, speeding installation for both contractors and DIY enthusiasts while reducing mess and prep time.
- Ultra-Thin Profile: More than 30% thinner than standard paper tape, minimizing the layer buildup and blending nearly invisibly with joint compound and paint.
- Less Compound Required: The thin construction allows easier feathering and sanding, reducing the amount of joint compound needed and accelerating the finishing workflow.
- White, Paint-Ready Color: Matches standard joint compound for a uniform appearance after painting, eliminating color inconsistencies.
- Fiberglass Mesh Durability: Engineered for superior tensile strength, resisting tearing during sanding and handling while maintaining crack resistance under everyday wear.
- Generous 300-Foot Length: Covers large wall areas with a single roll, reducing material changes and minimizing waste on substantial projects.
